Disclaimer: If the signer refuses to sign when the notary arrives, either the deposit will be retained or a $75 fee will be imposed, whichever amount is higher. If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. These policies ensure that the notary's time and effort are respected, as well as compensating for any inconvenience caused.

We are happy to offer a same day Apostille service for an additional fee. If you are able to submit your documents by 10am, we can process them on the same day and have them returned to you promptly.
Please note that this is subject to availability and may require additional processing time, depending on the volume of requests received by the California Secretary of state.
*If you reside within 20 miles of Roseville, your consultation and delivery of documents is included. If you reside outside of that area, there will be an additional fee to return your documents back to you.

Travel Fees
As a traveling notary public, we meet clients at their preferred location, which incurs costs such as fuel, tolls, and parking fees. In order to provide reliable and convenient service, we charge a travel fee to cover these expenses, ensuring that we can continue to meet clients at their location of choice. This fee is a necessary part of providing mobile notary services and allows us to timely service our clients in the comfort of their own space.

Travel fees apply to residents living within the city limits.
If you reside outside of city limits, there may be an additional fee assessed for travel services. Please note that this fee will vary depending on your location and the distance to be traveled.
Additional Fees
Waiting Fee: $50 an hour
Our waiting time fee is calculated in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of $12.50 per 15-minute period. We allow a 15-minute grace period, which begins when the notary arrives or the scheduled appointment time, whichever is later.
After-hours service: $75+
Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are subject to an after-hours fee. Please note that our regular business hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm.
Rush fee: starting at $75+
Our expedited service is designed for urgent situations where time is of the essence. A rush fee will be applied to ensure prompt completion of your request.
Witness: $50
Witness services are only available as an add-on to another notary service.
