Our general notary services are designed to provide convenience and flexibility to our clients. Our mobile notaries travel to the location of your choice, whether it's your home, office, coffee shop, or even a park. We proudly serve Placer and Sacramento counties, as well as the surrounding areas. At our company, transparency and upfront pricing are key principles that we uphold. We charge the California regulated fee of $15 per signature or oath, along with a nominal travel fee. Some common types of documents that are frequently notarized include acknowledgements, contracts, deeds, affidavits, and powers of attorney. We also offer the option to travel to jails or hospitals for an additional fee. A deposit equal to our travel fee is required to secure our services. To accommodate our clients' busy schedules, we provide rush, same day, and plan ahead appointments, available 7 days a week.

Signers who wish to have their documents notarized must have valid identification and appear in person before the notary. In some cases, the signer may also be required to take an oath or affirmation. For more information about your notary appointment, please visit our "how it works" page.

If the signer is unable to provide proper identification, two credible witnesses with valid identification will be required. It is also worth mentioning that there are certain items that we are unable to notarize. However, you can have peace of mind knowing that your important documents are in capable hands.

Disclaimer: If the signer refuses to sign when the notary arrives, either the deposit will be retained or a $75 fee will be charged, whichever amount is higher. If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. These policies ensure that the notary's time and effort are respected, as well as compensating for any inconvenience caused. It is important for both parties to be aware of these conditions before making an appointment, in order to avoid any misunderstandings or potential financial losses.
